Monitoring your water treatment system is very important. Because every job is different, we can match the control system to your application. Top mounted valves can come with electronic displays that typically read flow rate, capacity remaining, peak flow rate, totalizer, and valve position.
For some applications, this can be somewhat limiting, and there needs to be more real-time and diagnostic data. When this is the case, a custom designed plc controller is appropriate. A custom designed plc controller comes in a wide range of configurations. Some typical components we use are Allen-Bradley and GE Fanuc.
